Before starting the newly installed KCB gear oil pump, perform a static pressure test to check whether the mechanical seal is leaking. If there are too many leaks, find out the cause and try to eliminate it. If it is still invalid, the SS KCB gear oil pump should be disassembled and checked and reinstalled. Generally, the static pressure test pressure is 2~3 kg/cm². Turn the coupling of the SS KCB gear oil pumps by hand before starting to check whether it is light and even. If the crank is difficult or does not move, check whether the assembly size is wrong and whether the installation is reasonable. It is best to fill the pump cavity of the stainless steel KCB gear oil pump with medium during the first operation to avoid abrasion caused by idling for a long time.
