Product Introduction:
CYB-S series self-priming centrifugal oil pump is a new modified centrifugal pump which is developed on the basis of absorbing domestic and overseas advanced technology of the same product and combing many years design and manufacturing experience of our company.
It is widely used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, oil for aviation in oil warehouse, oil station, oil tanker, dock, tank truck, airdrome etc. It can also be used in chemical industry, pharmaceutics, brewage, electroplate, printing and dyeing, papermaking, electric power, mine etc.
Medium temperature range: -20 Celsius degree to 80 Celsius degree, viscidity<100centipoise, Particles consistency can reach 30%.
Mounting Configuration:
1.The pump can transport various oil, such as crude oil, diesel oil and lubricating oil;
2.The pump with bronze impeller can transport liquid with low flash point such as gasolene and benzene etc;
3. Pump with stainless steel can transport beverage and corrosive liquid.
4. The temperature of medium can not be higher than 70 degrees Celsius.
5. anti high temperature gear oil pump can transport the liquids with no more than 300 degrees celsius and viscosity of 5*10-5---1.5*10-3m2/s.
6. The pump is not suitable for hard solid or fibre.
Main character:
1.Horizontal suction, vertical discharge end connecting with PVC or rubber pipes, use for oil tanker, oil vessel, depot etc.
2. Self priming oil pump, can reach 5~6.5 meters on suction end, the longitude pipes can be within or longer than 10 meters.
3. Without bottom valve on suction pipeline, it used for clean up the cabin in tanker and water supply of ship with high efficiency.
4. whole pump is made up of metal of high quality, seal is hard alloy mechanical seal. So the pump has long life and good maintenance condition.
Operation condition:
1. The temperature of medium no more than 80°C, the viscidity of medium is less than 100centipoise, Particles consistency can reach 30%, PH is within 5~9
2. Max diameter of solid should be less than 50%, the libre length is less than 3~5 times of pump diameter.
3. Max suction lifts no more than 2.5 inches or 6.5m
