According to the actual viscosity of the high-viscosity medium, the pipeline resistance of the entire flow must be reasonably calculated. , Choose the appropriate pipe diameter, etc. Don’t blindly choose high-viscosity gear pumps.
3. When the transmission medium of high viscosity gear pump is lubricating, non-corrosive, and the conveying temperature is high temperature medium, it is recommended to choose the direct connection method of the motor. The motor speed should be controlled at about 500-700 rpm, and the speed should be reduced if necessary. The high-viscosity gear pump must be made of integral cast steel or integral stainless steel.
