The direction of rotation of the high-viscosity pump must match the inlet and outlet ports. If the high-viscosity pump is run for the first time, or it will be used after a long period of inactivity, it will run for about an hour under no-load or light-load conditions. If abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise are detected in advance during the running-in phase, the machine should be shut down for inspection. For the installation and actual use of high-viscosity pumps, we need to pay attention to the following points:
1. The high-viscosity pump should be equipped with corresponding electric gate and leakage protection switch separately. The yellow and green two-color wire in the lead of the electric pump is the ground wire, which must be reliably grounded. If there is no fixed ground wire, a 1.5-meter long metal rod can be buried in the damp soil as the ground wire. If the typical length of the gear pump belt is not long enough, the added wire must be larger than the cross-sectional area of the original wire diameter 2 times, but the connector must not be immersed in water to prevent the water from the wire connector from causing the insulation resistance of the motor to decrease and leakage or even damage the motor.
2. When the high-viscosity pump is working, the oil level should be lowered, and the SS high viscosity pump can be exposed to the oil surface or run off the oil, otherwise it will burn the motor and other components.
3. Overheat and overload protection devices are generally installed in the low-power high-viscosity pump. If the high-viscosity pump starts frequently, there is little oil output, and there is noise during use, the power supply should be cut off and the pump should be lifted in time. Too low, lack of phase, impeller stuck or worn, clogging in and out of the oil chamber, too high head, clogged filter, etc., and find the corresponding solution. In case of quality faults in the motor such as burnt stator windings, please do not disassemble it by yourself, and it must be repaired by a repair shop. When reassembling, the motor must pass the pressure test. The sealed part must pass 0.2MPa and the duration reaches 3min without leakage. , Before it can be put into use.
4. The high-viscosity pump must be selected correctly, based on the space required by the pump, the flow rate of the discharge medium, head, particle size, fiber length, acidity, alkalinity, etc.
5. Before use: check whether the product model and technical parameters meet the requirements, check whether the casing of the SS high viscosity gear pump is intact and intact, whether there is looseness and oil leakage at each connection, and whether the cable is squeezed and deformed or scratched and other unexpected damage , And use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the high-viscosity pump. It should be greater than 2 megohms in the cold state before use.
6. When not in use, the high-viscosity pump should not be placed in water for a long time. Rinse the mud and debris inside and outside the high dfcvviscosity pump with clean water, and then dry it. Can be repainted and sealed.
7. Connect the power supply before using the high viscosity gear pump to check whether the startup and operation are normal (idling time is not allowed to exceed 5S). When the three-phase gear pump is in trial operation, the steering should be checked. If the steering is wrong, replace any two of the power cords.
8. The voltage fluctuation range of the power supply is within 0.9-1.1 times of the rated voltage, and the frequency is 50HZ±0.5, otherwise it will cause the motor to use too much current, shorten the service life of the motor and burn the motor. If the high-viscosity pump is used far away from the power supply, the cross-sectional area of the original cable wire should be more than twice the length of the original cable, otherwise it will cause a drop in voltage during use, resulting in the high-viscosity pump not being able to use normally or even starting.
