Phenomenon that needs attention in the process of high viscosity pump conveying high viscosity liquid
High viscosity pumps cannot generate pressure, they just output flow. Low or no pressure means that the high-viscosity pump is not sucking liquid or leaking seriously.
Countermeasure: The output power of the electric idea is too small. When the displacement of the high-viscosity pump is selected too large or the pressure is adjusted too high, there will also be a lack of pressure. Of course, the pressure gauge is damaged or the pressure gauge does not show pressure when it is infarcted. At this time, a new pressure gauge can be replaced to search.
2. No flow or lack of liquid output of high viscosity pump
If it is confirmed that the pump has no flow output, it may be because the pump device is wrong, the steering of the high viscosity gear pump is wrong, or the suction side (intake and suction pipe) is blocked, and the outlet check valve is reversed or stuck, It is also possible that the drive shaft has broken.
Countermeasure: The high viscosity pump will cause the lack of liquid output when the speed is too low. This phenomenon is often caused by the slippage of the drive installation of the pump or the lack of power.
Search the actual speed of the gear pump, the connection between the pump and the electric idea, and the power matching status.
3. Abnormal vibration and noise of high viscosity pump
Because the viscosity of the working medium of the high-viscosity pump is high, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of vacuum suction and excite a large noise. The high-viscosity pump is a gear pump with a common structure and working principle. It is significantly superior to existing gear pumps in terms of running stability and service life. The new gear pump takes "the smallest volume of the pump when the unit displacement" as the optimization purpose and improves the cost performance of the pump.
