NYP Type : Jacketed / asphalt Pump
Specifically designed for handling bitumen, heavy petroleum, asphalt, coal tar, soap solutions and other heavy, polymers,rubber, paint, Chocolate, Sugar syrup, molasses, adhesives, dyes, lubricants, polyols,viscous liquids.

NYP Type Jacketed Bitumen Pump
 
NYP Type Jacketed Pumps are specifically designed for handling asphalt, heavy petroleum, coal tar, soap solutions, and other heavy, viscous liquids which present temperature control problems. To overcome these problems of maintaining a flowing state necessary for efficient handling of these liquids, the NYP Type jacketed pumps feature complete jacketing of all external parts and extra clearances on all working parts. In addition, the rotor bearing sleeve jacket prevents these heavy viscous liquids from congealing or hardening in the packing or mechanical seal box – affording effective shaft sealing and consequent leak-resistance. Individual chambers surround the casing, head, and rotor bearing sleeve and each is provided with separate openings for connections with heating or cooling lines.

Application Ranges of NYP Type Viscous Fluid Pump
This pump has been widely used mainly in three kinds of media. (1) Fluids that are pure and have a certain degree of viscosity, such as lube oil and crude oil. (2) High-viscosity materials that contain no particles, like rubber, asphalt, paint, adhesives, dyes, lubricants, polyols, food and medicine. (3) High-temperature and high-viscosity polymers, like PA, PB, PC, PE, PS, HIPS, ABS, PP, PET and PVA.

Pressure: To 16 bar
Temperature: up to 250 °C
Viscosities: To 300, 000 cSt
