②Whether the direction of the pump is correct (the pump is clockwise from the motor side) (80, 100RCB is counterclockwise);
③ Pay attention to whether the value of the pump outlet pressure gauge is within the specified technical specifications;
④ Pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise or overheating in the movement of the pump.
2.If the seal of the high-viscosity gear pump leaks, please evenly tighten the bolts or nuts on the sealing gland, but be careful not to over-tighten it to avoid violent heat and reduce the use of the pump shaft and sealing ring.
3.The SS high viscosity gear pump will produce vibration, noise and intermittent sound when the viscosity of the medium is too high.The medium should be heated in time to reduce the viscosity, otherwise it will cause damage to the pump bearings.
4.After the high-viscosity gear pump is stopped, first cut off the power, and then close the valve on the discharge pipe to avoid causing the pump to reverse.
