NYP high-viscosity gear pump is suitable for transporting high-viscosity liquids or even semi-solid media. This type of pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical, paint, grease, medicine, dyes, food and other industries. Because the product can choose different materials and structures, it is widely used in different properties , Transport of media with different viscosities.

Application of high viscosity gear pump:

NYP high-viscosity gear pumps are suitable for petroleum, chemical, paint, grease, medicine, dye, food and other industries.

Applications include the delivery of organic acids, fatty acids, alkaline substances, caustic soda, soda water, polymers, soaps, shampoos, animal fats, vegetable oils, chocolate and other special fluids.

Advantages of high viscosity gear pump:

1 High-viscosity gear pumps are mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, brackets, seals, bearings, etc.

2 The conveying liquid is stable, without pulsation, low vibration and low noise.

3 The speed of the high viscosity gear pump has a linear function relationship with the flow rate, and the flow rate of the pump can be changed by changing the speed appropriately. High viscosity pumps are especially suitable for the transportation of high viscosity media. The shaft end adopts mechanical seal.

4 Maximum prevention of leakage.

5 Suitable for outdoor installation, the fully enclosed magnetic coupling cavity can protect the outer magnet from contact with moisture or external substances.

6 A variety of standard sliding bearing materials are available: cast iron, copper, graphite, tungsten carbide.

7 The standard magnet material is NdFeB alloy. The optional samarium cobalt magnet allows the operating temperature to be as high as 250 degrees Celsius.

8 It can be conveyed in both directions.

9 The front cover and the external heating jacket of the magnetic coupling shield are standard optional parts.

10 Real back pull design.

11 Standard flange connection, only light pump head can be provided.

12 With inner jacket protection.

13 Patented cooling system: an integrated cooling circulation system in the pump, without external cooling.

14 The dynamic axial balance system reduces the axial load, reduces power consumption and extends service life.

15 The fully enclosed magnetic coupling cavity is increased.

High viscosity gear pump structure:

The pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearing and so on. The seal has two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal. For high temperature, high viscosity and strong corrosive media, packing seal is selected. When conveying materials that are easy to crystallize, the front cover and pump body can be designed with thermal insulation jackets, which can be melted by steam during operation. Seen from the extended end of the main shaft toward the pump, it rotates clockwise.
